Job Description
At icrewsystems, delivery is everything. From the fields of agriculture to the edge of aerospace, our products run on precision, and your job will be to make sure they get delivered on time, at quality, every time. As Engineering Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee milestones, track modules, and keep our world-class SDLC humming - from BRDs and TIDs to RTMs, test automation, and deployment confidence scoring. You’ll work with engineers, testers, and founders directly, ensuring every project ships with the reliability our mission demands.
Qualifications
Experience in software delivery or project/program management
Technical background (engineering or QA) strongly preferred
Strong leadership, coordination, and milestone-tracking skills
Comfortable working in a startup environment with ambitious timelines
