At icrewsystems, we’re not training interns to push paper - we’re training future builders. As an AI Specialist Intern, you’ll dive into prompt engineering, tool-building, and mini-projects that help our engineering team fine-tune the AI layers inside real products. From day one, you’ll be experimenting with how large language models can supercharge software development - and you’ll have direct access to founders and senior engineers while doing it. This is a career starter and proving ground rolled into one. If you’re ambitious, you’ll leave with more experience than most entry-level hires get in years.

Qualifications
Pursuing BCA/CS/Engineering or related field
Strong curiosity about AI, LLMs, and applied ML
Comfortable with Python and tinkering with AI libraries/tools
Hungry to learn, experiment, and own small projects end-to-end
